 Josh Horton A former high school All-American at Orange HS, Horton went on to become a college All-American at North Carolina. He helped lead UNC to the College World Series twice and was drafted by the Oakland Athletics in the second round of the Major League Draft in 2007.
  Matt McCay played for NC Wesleyan, UNC and six years of professional baseball
for the Chillecothe Paints and the Joliet Jackhammers.
Brett Braxton, former All-State player and Conference Player of the Year at OHS, pitching at UNCW.
